JOÃO EDUARDO DE VILLEMOR AMARAL worked for more than 10 years in one of the most important investment banks in the Country and in companies invested by the Bank in different infrastructure industries, in addition to having had his professional development, for many years, in respected and traditional law firms in Brazil. He obtained his LL.B from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, his LL.M in Economics and Company Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, his master degree in Business Law and Negotiations from the New York University School of Law (NYU-USA) and his International Executive MBA from FIA-USP in addition to a business specialisation from Harvard Business School.
